My name is Maria Haase and I am the owner of Bavaria Travel Tips. I was born and grew up in Bavaria in a small little village called Schwarzach on the beautiful Main River. When I was 24, my adventurous heart drew me out into the world and decided to study abroad in the US. This is where I met my husband Greg and “got stuck”. At the moment, I live in sunny San Diego with my husband and our dog Robby.
I still miss my home in Bavaria and visit as often as I can, usually 3-4 time a year. As I share my photos and updates on Social Media, people always ask me for tips about traveling to Germany, and specifically Bavaria. So I decided to put together this little website to share my travel tips for Bavaria.
